Let's talk about sex—specifically, sex among the younger generations. No matter how hard you push the concept of abstinence, kids with hormones will always find a way to do it. The recent controversy involving Senate President Stuart Adams, R-Layton, is a case in point. No, we're not talking about the law that Adams spawned, nor the ethical questions it raised. There was a back-and-forth in the media about how to identify an 18-year-old perpetrator, which saw some stories calling the person a boy or a girl. In fact, the victim was a 13-year-old boy and Adams' relative was an 18-year-old girl.
