New bodycam video released by New Mexico State Police shows a prior stop of the truck driver now accused of making an illegal U-turn that killed three people on Florida's Turnpike in Fort Pierce.

The footage was released Tuesday in response to statements made by Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, who said New Mexico along with California and Washington were not following the guidance that truck drivers need to speak English proficiently, and even said states are at risk of losing millions in federal funding.
