A man accused of rape has a ‘pigtail’ penis that emerges like a ‘stump’ from below his ‘fat-apron’, making it ‘jolly difficult’ to have sex, a genital expert has claimed. Hossein Mahmoudi, 34, is on trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court accused of raping a woman in Stratford in December 2024 as she returned home from a Christmas party.

On Tuesday (August 26), Mahmoudi’s defence counsel David Harounoff called expert witness Sudhanshu Chitale, a former consultant urological surgeon at the Whittington Hospital in North London who now works in the private sector. Mr Chitale assessed Mr Mahmoudi at HMP Pentonville on July 31, where he asked questions and took measurements.
