BELL COUNTY, Texas — A missing woman from Bell County has been found safe, according to the Bell County Sheriff's Office.

The Sheriff's Office asked the public for help locating Madelyn 'Maddie' Nicole Smith on Wednesday, Aug. 27, citing medical concerns.

Early that evening, the Sheriff's Office announced that Smith had been found safe by the Waco Police Department thanks to a citizen's tip.
