DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — A man was arrested Wednesday in connection with the theft of nearly $450,000 from a warehouse in Durham more than three years ago, a warrant shows.
According to the warrant filed by the Durham Police Department, Terence Jerome Foster was employed by Brame, Inc. when he allegedly stole $448,253 belonging to the company on March 1, 2022.
The warrant shows Foster is also accused of conspiring with Kathleen Churchill to steal from Brame.
Brame, which distributes various supplies and products, operates a warehouse on South Briggs Avenue in Durham.
Foster, 37, of Louisburg, is charged with embezzlement and felony conspiracy, according to the warrant.
Court records show Foster was given $10,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to make his first appearance in Durham County
