U.S. Sens. Katie Britt (R-Montgomery) and Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) said they were praying for the victims of a recent school shooting at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis on Wednesday.

The shooting by Robin Westman, a transgender, left two children dead and at least 17 others injured. A video believed to have been posted by the shooter shows “kill Donald Trump” and “for the children” scrawled on gun magazines, according to the New York Post .

Tuberville said on X, “My thoughts and prayers are with victims and loved ones hurt by the tragic shooting at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis.”

Britt said on X, “Wesley and I are praying for the victims of the horrific shooting in Minneapolis, their loved ones, and their community.”
