Man arrested near Colorado hot springs after running from officers in swimsuit, covered in mud

According to Idaho Springs Police (ISP), an officer was conducting the investigation alongside a Clear Creek County deputy when they contacted the suspect, 33-year-old Alec Bogus of Aurora, as he was getting out of the mud bath.
