Alabama football will be without defensive lineman Tim Keenan III for the start of the 2025 season.
According to a report from On3 , the Crimson Tide defensive lineman and team captain suffered an ankle injury in practice and will undergo "tightrope" surgery. He is expected to miss multiple games.
On the SEC coaches call Wednesday, Aug. 27, Alabama coach Kalen DeBoer said Keenan will "probably not" be a full go for Alabama's season opener against Florida State .
