A popular downtown New Orleans restaurant shared is temporarily closed as it undergoes "a makeover" before the Saints season begins.

Willa Jean restaurant posted an Instagram story on Wednesday to announce that it would be closed, but just for a few days. It will reopen August 29.

A representative of the restaurant said a little renovation and refresh is underway at the space on O'Keefe Avenue, across the street from Rouses Market.

"Don't worry, we'll be back hot and fresh (just like our biscuits)," the restaurant said on social media.
