WATERLOO, Wis. (WKOW) — A 67-year-old man died Sunday after a farming accident in a field in Waterloo, according to police.

Waterloo Police Chief Denis Sorenson said officers were called at 2:11 p.m. to the 900 block of Canal Road for an unresponsive man in a field .

Police and the Jefferson County Medical Examiner's Office later determined the man died from injuries suffered from a farming accident.

The victim was identified as Daniel Knapton of Waterloo.
