The last Bertucci’s restaurant in Connecticut has closed amid the company’s ongoing financial woes.
A telephone voice recording at the Glastonbury location states that the location “has permanently closed” and goes on to thank “all of our loyal customers for their patronage.”
Bertucci’s, a Massachusetts-based company that once thrived in Connecticut and had nearly 60 East Coast locations, was founded in 1981 and known for its brick oven cooking. But in recent years they have filed for bankruptcy several times, including this week.
