Judge Grants DOJ’s Request to Argue Against Dismissal of Sugar Antitrust Actions

U.S. District Judge Jerry Blackwell allowed the U.S. Department of Justice to present oral arguments at a Sept. 29 dismissal hearing in class actions alleging price-fixing in the granulated sugar industry.
