As the Saskatchewan Roughriders returned to practice on Wednesday ahead of Sunday’s Labour Day Classic against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in Week 12 of the CFL season, the quarterback logged a full workout before starting off his media scrum by assuring everyone he is healthy and ready to play.
After taking a hit in the fourth quarter of Saturday’s 32-15 loss to the Calgary Stampeders , Harris watched the remainder of the game from the sideline before telling media during his postgame scrum that he was dealing with cramping in both of his calves, before joking that he should have had “pickle juice” to help alleviate the cramps.
