AUSTIN (KXAN) -- One person died and two others were injured after a vehicle-motorcycle crash in a neighborhood near the Austin airport over the weekend, according to the Austin Police Department.
Officers responded to the crash shortly before 9 p.m. between a sedan and a motorcycle at the intersection of Pearce Lane and Alomar Cove, per a news release from APD.
Police said the motorcyclist, who was not identified Wednesday, died on the scene. The driver and the passenger in the sedan were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
This is now being investigated as Austin's 67th fatal crash of 2025, according to police.
