RICHMOND, Ind. — A Fountain City man has been arrested in Richmond after allegedly exposing himself to a young child.

According to the Richmond Police Department, on Aug. 20, officers were called to a Meijer located at 2507 Chester Boulevard on an indecent exposure complaint.

Following an investigation, police determined that 46-year-old Wendell Woodall reportedly exposed himself in the school supplies section. He was arrested on Wednesday.

“This was a disgusting and criminal act against a child in a public place where families should feel safe.
