(NewsNation) — "Nip/Tuck" actor Dylan Walsh allegedly told officers that he had been drinking at the time of his car crash last week, according to a police report.

The report, via People magazine, from the Rumson, New Jersey police, says officers claimed that Walsh had several empty, open White Claw Seltzer cans in a cooler bag at the time of the crash. Walsh, his family and another passenger had been traveling home from a tavern.

Police also acknowledged that Walsh looked "very red and very confused" at the scene, while also agreeing to provide a blood sample.
