JACKSON, Miss. (WDAM) - The Mississippi State Bar has asked that Hattiesburg-based attorney Cory N. Ferraez be suspended from practicing law.
The Bar filed a formal complaint Tuesday with the Office of the Clerk for the Mississippi Supreme Court/Court of Appeals, spelling out the details of “misappropriation and failure to safekeep funds entrusted to him in at least two matters known to the Bar“ as well as other ”ethical violations."
The Bar also filed a motion asking for an “interim suspension” of Ferraez, “for a period of greater than six months.”
