PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Years after a 15-year-old girl fatally overdosed on fentanyl at a friend’s house, the homeowner pleaded guilty to endangering a minor on Wednesday.
This is a day the Dominguez family has been waiting for years, and they played a big part in crafting this unique plea agreement that could end with no jail time for the homeowner if he follows the terms for the next 18 months.
The defendant, 52-year-old Hooman Rahnamoon, pleaded guilty to the charges of frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and endangering a minor. But before he entered his plea, he spoke to both the court and the family of Lauren Dominguez, the girl who overdosed in his home.
