Homicide investigators have been called out to Maple Ridge on Wednesday to assist RCMP with an ongoing missing persons case.

On Tuesday, Ridge Meadows RCMP were on scene in the 22800-block of Gillis Place gathering information for a missing persons case.

Police suspected criminality in their investigation, so have cordoned off the area surrounding the scene and called IHIT.
