NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A new development could come to the Cane Ridge Farms area, but some neighbors are voicing concerns about how this will affect their homes and way of life.

After hearing the proposal in a recent meeting, one neighbor said his main concern is the roads.

The developer M/I Homes is proposing a new development in Cane Ridge called Ridge Side Heights. It includes 129 single family homes for sale with a third of them being two-story townhomes. The developers even planned a pedestrian walkway connection for the new homes to the already existing neighborhood of Cane Ridge.

Resident Timothy Johns has lived in the Cane Ridge area since January 2018. Johns said that after the Tanger Outlets in Century Farms were built, the whole area started to grow.
