SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -The Augustana Vikings are coming off back to back terrific seasons. And they return Gunnar Hensley at quarterback where he could be the offensive player of the year in the NSIC.

His teammates realize how important it is to have experience at that position, especially with so many new faces in the starting lineup.

Isaiah Huber, Augustana WR says, “What’s really important about him is the details. If you mess up a play, even if it’s a little dropped pass, he’ll come up to you and ask what did we do wrong, what did I do wrong even if it’s not his fault he’s taking responsibility asking what do I have to do to differently to help you succeed and the offense succeed. I mean that’s really as good as it gets for a quarterback so.”
