A rifle's accuracy depends solely on the quality of the barrel. If it's a high-quality barrel milled to exacting standards with high-quality machinery, it will shoot accurately out of the box, and it will continue to shoot accurately without a complicated break-in procedure.
Conversely, a poor quality barrel will not shoot accurately even after a comprehensive break-in procedure.
