New bus on Bristol outskirts passes three shopping malls and 'beautiful villages'

A new bus route on the outskirts of Bristol will link two town centre shopping areas, beautiful villages and The Mall at Cribbs Causeway . The trial minibus service will serve parts of South Gloucestershire from September 1, after funding was allocated by the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority.

The new timetable released yesterday (August 27) states that the Y2C bus route will go back and forth between Yate shopping centre and Cribbs Causeway bus station, with various stops along the way.

This will include Rock Street in Thornbury , which is next to the market town's shopping hub, the St Mary Centre. The route also passes via Engine Common, Rangeworthy, Tytherington, Alveston, Olveston, Toc
