STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Harry Lynch, owner of Diamondback Redi-Mix: Concrete in Bloomfield, blames truck traffic headed toward Port Liberty, a container and cargo handling facility, for adversely impacting his revenue stream.
That’s because Diamondback Redi-Mix’s concrete has a swift expiration limit of 90 minutes — beyond that timeframe, it is rendered useless.
Lynch told the Advance/SILive.com that he hasn’t even had a chance to calculate the financial losses the company has incurred due to traffic.
