ARRESTS — A 41-year-old man was arrested at 10:38 a.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated at Nashway Road and Highway 371.

THEFT — Report of a vehicle theft Aug. 21 at Grand View Lodge, 23521 Nokomis Avenue. It was determined the subject got in the wrong vehicle as both were white SUVs.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Report of hit and run Aug. 15 on the 23000 block of Nokomis Avenue.

ARREST — A 49-year-old Brainerd woman was arrested for DWI.

DISTURBANCES — Report of a vehicle parked at a property on County Highway 31. Officers determined the vehicle belonged to the person renting from the property owner.

Report of a semi tractor hitting a city water pipe on First Street Southwest. Fire department shut off water and public works was notified to make repairs.
