AKRON, Ohio — The Akron Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects involved in two separate vandalism incidents in the Ellet neighborhood.

According to police, on July 13, two males on bicycles approached a home on Trenton Road. One suspect allegedly threw a large rock through the front-facing window, while the other recorded himself throwing a rock at a vehicle on the property.

Both fled the scene on bicycles.

A few days later, on July 16, a different suspect wearing a mask covering his mouth approached the victim’s kitchen door. The suspect allegedly smashed all the glass panes with a hammer before fleeing the area.
