Daylight saving time for 2025 is beginning to wind down. The clock shift that brought later sunsets in the spring and summer months will end this fall, at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 2.
That’s when clocks will move back one hour, returning to standard time for the late fall and winter months. Many modern clocks will adjust automatically, but traditional clocks and older devices will need to be manually set back.
Daylight saving time is scheduled to return in 2026, starting March 8 and continuing until Nov. 1. It begins annually on the second Sunday in March and goes until the first Sunday in November.
