Night Out on Main Street Thanks

To the Editor:

The August 16th “Night Out on Main Street” event was impressive as to the layout of the booths, the food offerings and the scores of people of all ages in attendance on such a lovely night. Many thanks are expressly given to the Watertown Parks and Recreation Department, with the assistance of the Watertown Police Department, the Watertown Fire Department and the Watertown Public Works Department, for another well-organized offering for our townsfolk, families and neighbors to come out to safely have fun.

The Independent Party booth was occupied all night, making additional new friends among the people, where the sharing of thoughts and some really great ideas were made freely.
