SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Bears are set to open its FBS season against the University of Southern California on Saturday, Aug. 30.
Missouri State will be kicking off its 114th season of college football at 6:30 p.m. You can catch the action on the BIG Network.
The Bears were 8-4 last season and reached a No. 23 national ranking at the FCS level. The USC Trojans were 7-6 last year with a victory in the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl against Texas A&M.
Missouri State's first home game will be against SMU on Sept. 13 at 2:30 p.m. The first conference game is slated for September 27 against Western Kentucky.
