There’s plenty of intermarriage between Spain and Italy among the 47 million people of Argentina. And you won’t just find that intermarriage within the borders. It’s on the menus at our few (very few!) Argentinean restaurants. And at Malbec Market – where you can hungrily mix a fettuccine alla Bolognese with a grilled parrillada platter without causing an international incident.
