It isn't just Rosie Best’s shock of pink hair that keeps the founder and artistic director of Issue Box Theatre from looking her age.

A lifelong thespian with master’s degrees in theater and social work, Best’s exuberance for her work make her claim of reaching 60 years of age seem dramatically unlikely.
