BELTON, Texas — A man with a lengthy criminal history is back behind bars in Bell County after being arrested on criminal trespassing charges, marking his second such arrest this year and adding to a record that includes nearly 30 arrests in Bell County since 2005.
James Austin Grisham was taken into custody on Aug. 26 by the Bell County Sheriff's Office on a warrant for criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $15,000, an increase from the $10,000 bond set during his previous arrest in June.
Pattern of Repeat Offenses
Court records reveal that Grisham has been arrested at least 28 times in Bell County alone since 2005, with criminal trespassing and DWI being his most frequent charges. His most recent arrest stems from an incident reported to the Sheriff's Office on Sunday, Aug. 24 in
