Montgomery Police are investigating a shooting that happened in the Capital City Tuesday night.

According to MPD, officers responded to a local hospital around 7:20 p.m. Tuesday for a person shot.

When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from life-threatening a gunshot wound.

Through the investigation, MPD determined the shooting happened in the area of Mill Street near Hugh Street.

So far, there is no update on the condition of the victim or arrests.
