BREMEN, Ind. (WNDU) - We’re thrilled to launch a new season of our One School at a Time stories because it’s a chance to highlight a local school’s celebration of a Martin’s Super Markets $1,000 grant.

This school year starts with a visit to Bremen Middle School where the kids are already hard at work in the science lab.

The eighth graders are going to see some new equipment soon thanks to Martin’s Super Markets.

“I’ve always been an interactive learner. I like physically learning — it’s better than textbooks and just writing,” says Natalee Olivares, a Bremen eighth grader.

“Science is so much more than a body of knowledge. It’s a process,” adds teacher Samantha Willsey.
