CEDARBURG, Wis. (CBS 58) -- With back-to-school season upon us, mornings may get more hectic for families, and getting kids to eat a filling and nutrient-rich breakfast before heading off to class can be difficult.

Co-founder of Happy Place Cooking Space, Sally Wagner, says it's all about being prepared ahead of that first day of school.

"I find that meal prepping and planning ahead for breakfast, now, is the best tool," said Wagner. "Labor Day weekend I actually always take at least a day to prep as much as I can, and get into my freezer some mini muffins, egg sandwiches-- anything you can do to prep ahead so those busy mornings get easier."
