WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - A man was sentenced to two and a half years in prison after he pleaded guilty to leading police on a chase in Liberty Township, where speeds reached 100 mph.

Alvin Tucker Jr., 39, Youngstown, pleaded guilty on July 15 to a fourth-degree failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

Police reports said that Tucker was apprehended by a K-9 officer after a chase that happened in April. Reports said that Tucker was driving around 102 mph in a 65-mph zone. Police reports said that the K-9 officer grabbed Tucker by his lower leg as he was attempting to get over a chain link fence.

According to a news release from the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office, Tucker had a long history of criminal behavior, and this was his fourth offense of fleeing and eluding
