LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Football season is here, and that means it’s time for McNeese’s legendary Cowboy Block Party, each Friday before home games. We spoke with McNeese Athletic Director Heath Schroyer this morning to get the details.

Lake Charles Toyota and the McNeese Athletic Foundation are excited to present the 2025 Cowboy Block Party concert series starting tomorrow, Friday, August 29.

This year’s lineup features six incredible performances, kicking off with Wayne Toups, before the season opener against Louisiana Christian University on Saturday, August 30th.
