SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- The Syracuse Police Department needs your help in a search for the parents or guardians of the child in the photo.

Officers located the child in the Westcott area, near Recess Coffee, around 8:20 a.m. this morning, August 28. The child is described as being around 4 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing around 65 pounds.
