KIDDER COUNTY, N.D. (KFYR) – A 20-year-old Bismarck man died in a vehicle crash Thursday morning near Steele.
The driver was traveling east on Interstate 94 and, while in the passing lane, rear-ended another vehicle. The driver was pronounced dead on the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 63-year-old man from New Meadows, Idaho, suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
Police say the man who passed away in the crash was driving at a high speed and wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.
