A federal judge sentenced a Markham, Illinois man Wednesday to seven years for dealing fentanyl to undercover informants five times from March to May 2024.
Robert Holder, 33, pleaded guilty to one count of distributing fentanyl in the U.S. District Court in Hammond. He will also serve three years on supervised release.
Defense lawyer Mark Psimos wrote Holder took “full responsibility for his conduct.”
The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Joel Mathur. Judge Gretchen Lund oversaw the case.
