UPDATE: McKamey Animal Center will resume there TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) surgeries on Wednesday, September 17 after pausing them for the month of August.

TNR cats must arrive in traps, and surgical slots are limited and filled on a first-come-first-served basis.

New spay and neuter surgery appointments for owned animals will reopen soon, McKamey stated:

"We appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate our ongoing shelter overpopulation crisis, and encourage our supporters to spread the word that we are in desperate need of adopters, foster families and volunteers."

Their regular vaccine clinic will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 1.
