Manchester City now know their League Phase opponents in the Champions League after Thursday night's draw.

The Blues, knocked out in the play-off round in last season's competition, will be hoping for better this time around. City must finish in the top eight to advance straight to the knockout stages, with those sides finishing between ninth and 24th entering the play-off round and the bottom 10 dropping out of Europe.

City will play Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, Napoli and Galatasaray at home and face trips to Real Madrid, Villarreal, Bodo/Glimt and Monaco.

The confirmed dates for fixtures will be released no later than Saturday, but the Champions League match dates are already set in stone.
