SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Notre Dame’s home opener isn’t for a couple more weeks (Sept. 13), but the stadium is introducing some new concession foods ahead of time.

Some of these new foods include Polish sausage, buffalo chicken waffle fries, a pizza burger and even s’mores nachos!

Notre Dame Chef Javier Rosa says he is excited to introduce the new items to Irish fans this football season.

“This year I’m really excited because the message was to make sure that we can do food that can move fast but at the same time have a lot of flavor,” Rosa says. “And definitely, we created a lot of foods that everything you will eat will punch a flavor in it.”
