Chef Antonio Park is a Montreal-based restaurateur and chef known for his innovative fusion cuisine that blends Japanese, Korean and North and South American flavors.

His style was heavily influenced by his upbringing in South America, his Korean parents, and his training in Japan.

Park will be showcasing the traditional Japanese art of expertly breaking down a 300 lbs. bluefin tuna at the Asian Night Market this weekend.

YiFang Eva Hu is the founder of Montreal’s Asian night market. She immigrated to Montreal in 2000 at nine years old.
