HAMMOND — The detention hearing for a former School City of Hammond employee who was charged with multiple child pornography crimes has been rescheduled for the second time.

A federal magistrate judge agreed Thursday to push the hearing once again for David Reyes, of Hammond, to allow pretrial services officers to finish conducting their investigation. Reyes' court appointed attorney, R. Brian Woodward, said part of the investigation is to inspect Reyes' residence, which has yet to be completed. His initial Aug. 20 detention hearing was pushed to Thursday.
