The first day of school is just around the corner, and along with new school supplies, some students will be getting a new school.

With a rising population, the demand for new schools in the Lethbridge area has been a main priority for city planners. This fall, West Lethbridge will welcome young students to the newly completed West Coulee Station Elementary School. And principal Dean Hawkins was kind enough to give BCN a tour of the new K-5, English and Spanish bilingual school.
