HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Cell-phone video that a viewer shared with ABC13 shows a man firing off his gun in the pool area of an apartment building in the Galleria Area on Tuesday.

35-year-old Shreyas Muddusetti is now charged with criminal mischief and deadly conduct in connection with the shooting.

Houston police confirm no one was hurt. Court records state there were $10,000 in damages.

Neighbors we talked to say they were shocked by the shooting.

35-year-old Shreyas Muddusetti is seen stumbling on video and shooting off a gun in the pool area of the Alexan 5151 apartment building on Tuesday night.

"I went to her balcony and heard several gunshots," neighbor Imani Coby said. "It was shocking because things like that don't really happen here."
