Popular country music group Chapel Hart has announced they are “pressing pause” on their career together, following weeks of behind-the-scenes tension that included allegations of physical abuse from one member, Parade reports.

The Mississippi-based trio, consisting of sisters Danica and Devynn Hart along with their first cousin Trea Swindle, shared the news via Instagram on Monday. In their heartfelt post, the group framed the separation as an opportunity to “explore other passions and dreams” while emphasizing “this is not a goodbye.”
