COLUMBUS, Ohio — A former employee at a Pataskala day care was indicted Thursday after she allegedly used painter’s tape to bind a 1-year-old child and left her unattended for an hour last month, court records say.

According to Licking County Court of Common Pleas records, 24-year-old Katelyn Strohacker was indicted on five counts of kidnapping and 14 counts of endangering children — 11 of which were felonies.

Strohacker was arrested following an incident that was reported to have happened on July 21 at Over the Rainbow Children Center in Pataskala .

Court records say the offense dates of the charges ranged from July 7 to July 21.
