New York Man pleads guilty to threats against former President Biden

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - A New York man pleaded guilty to making threats against former President Biden.

The New York Attorney General’s Office says 20-year-old Troy Kelly of Crown Point posted a threat to kill President Biden by shooting him on social media. In pleading guilty, he admitted that he meant it as a threat.

Kelly now faces up to five years in prison and is now prohibited from owning any firearms.
